Account information
We store your name, account email, password hash, selected service, plan details and contact-credit usage. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable text. A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your account identifier, name and email address with us to create or connect your AsaanClient account. We store the Google identifier linked to your account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts. Google sign-in uses Google’s externally hosted sign-in service. You can request help with unlinking or deleting your account through support.
Your workspace
We store the contacts you unlock, private outreach notes, contact stages, payment references, support messages and reviews you submit. Administrators can access account, payment and support information needed to operate the service. Approved reviews display your name and review publicly.
Security records
Failed login attempts are associated with a hashed combination of email and IP address for temporary rate limiting. Administrators can remove older records through the maintenance command.
Business contact information
Business contact records are supplied and managed by the site operator. Use them only for relevant and respectful business outreach. The operator must have an appropriate basis for collecting and sharing these records.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics to measure how people use our public pages. These services may collect information such as the pages you visit, referral information, device and browser details, and IP addresses. We use their reports to understand how visitors use AsaanClient and improve the site.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
When Google AdSense is enabled, AsaanClient uses it to display ads on published blog articles. Google and other third-party ad providers may place and read cookies in your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to collect information as a result of serving ads. This information may be shared with Google and its advertising partners and used to deliver ads, measure their performance and detect fraud or abuse.
Where personalized ads are enabled and permitted, Google and its advertising partners may use information about visits to this and other websites to select ads. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services. You can manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center and manage cookies in your browser settings.
Requests and contact
Use our contact form to request help with access, corrections or deletion. The operator handles requests and sets backup retention.
